At Eagle Eye Home Inspection, we understand that the purchase of a home is likely the largest and possibly the most exciting investment you will ever make. A detailed home inspection will help you learn as much as you can about the property you’re considering so you can make the best decision possible.
Our mission at Eagle Eye Home Inspection is to inspect each home thoroughly and explain our findings clearly to every client. You'll get no technical jargon in our report, just the specific results of our inspection (including thermal images of specific elements (where applicable) designed to help you the buyer make an educated and informed decision.
Eagle Eye Home Inspection services cover all pertinent interior and exterior components and systems from the roof to the foundation. We evaluate plumbing, electrical, insulation, heating, cooling, ventilation, structural, as well as lot characteristics and conditions, with a detailed report of our findings and recommendations.
Is your property more complex? Not a problem – Eagle Eye offers additional services to cover those as well.
No contractor or builder is perfect, so if you're building a home, we also offer Pre-Drywall and Pre-delivery Inspections. We're looking out for you!

Eagle Eye Home Inspection believes there are several important questions you should have answered before you select your home inspector.
1. What does your inspection cover?
Our inspection process and inspection report will meet all applicable state requirements and will comply with a well-recognized national standards of practice and code of ethics. We will gladly provide a copy of these items ahead of time, as well as answer any questions you may have. If there are any particular areas you want to make sure are inspected or issues that concern you, be sure to identify them upfront.
2. How long have you been practicing in the home inspection profession and how many inspections have you completed?
Eagle Eye was established in 2020 and to date (May 2022), we've done over 150 residential home inspections. FYI - Bobby Bush has over 20 years of experience inspecting investment property for repairs and rehab to HVAC, electrical, plumbing and roofing.
3. Are you specifically experienced in residential home inspection?
Yes. In order to become a licensed home inspector, Bobby Bush completed a number of residential home inspections and reports for approval by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
4. Do you offer to do repairs or improvements based on the inspection?
No. Eagle Eye considers this a conflict of interest and strives to maintain objectivity.
5. How long will the inspection take?
The average on-site inspection time for a single inspector is 1 ½ to 3 hours depending on the condition and size of the property. Anything significantly less may not be enough time to perform a thorough inspection. Additional qualified inspectors may be brought in for larger properties so we can provide reports in a timely fashion.
6. How much will the inspection cost?
Cost will vary depending on the level of complexity and type of inspection required, the size and configuration of the property and the location. We offer inspections of condos, single family homes (including multi-story) and multi-unit properties (up to 4 units per building).
Additional inspection elements such as swimming pools & hot tubs, well water testing, radon testing, sewer scope, termites and wind mitigation, are also available at an additional cost.
7. What type of inspection report do you provide and how long will it take to receive the report?
We generally provide full reports within 24-48 hours after we have completed the inspection.
8. Will I be able to attend the inspection?
Yes, you are welcome to attend the inspection and observe the processes we use, ask questions and learn what you need to know before making an important decision. An inspector who refuses to allow you to attend is not providing you with the full benefit of his or her expertise. We do offer live video of an inspection via Zoom for those that are out of town or unable to attend the inspection in person.
9. Do you maintain membership in a professional home inspector association?
Yes. Bobby Bush is a member of InterNACHI, an internationally recognized association of professional home inspectors, and is required to do so, in order to maintain his license.
10. Do you participate in continuing education programs to keep your expertise up to date?
Yes. Bobby Bush strives to stay current on building methods, materials and standards to provide clients with the most up-to-date information available, and is required to do so, in order to maintain his license.
11. How much advance notice to you need to perform an inspection?
Typically, most inspections are scheduled within 48 hours of a request.
