An inspection from Eagle Eye Home Inspection includes a thorough examination of everything from the roof to the foundation, including the grounds, patio, porch, deck (If present), roof, attic, siding, doors & windows, HVAC, electrical, water heater & plumbing, kitchen & appliances, lighting, fans, laundry and garage.
A home inspection is restricted to a visual review of the home and its systems, elements and components without making penetrations into walls or ceilings.
A Home Inspection will identify potential problems and issues with a property that may not be visible to the untrained eye. This can help you make an informed decision about the purchase of a property.
The average time for a completed inspection on a single family home using two inspectors is between 1.5 and 2 hours.

Your inspection report will use three different visible inspection icons for any concern / issue listed, along with a video and a written narrative explanation in easy to understand language.

Owner & Lead Inspector Bobby Bush is a certified master inspector trained through Internachi, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, with well over 900 inspections completed since 2020.
When a roof is not accessible due to height or other restrictions, we use a drone to capture close up images and videos of the roof area, as well as the gutters, soffit and fascia.
To check for moisture intrusion, insulation, plumbing leaks, electrical panel anomalies, HVAC issues and other non visible elements, we use Infrared cameras to see inside those locations.
