An inspection from Eagle Eye Home Inspection includes a thorough examination of everything from the roof to the foundation, including the grounds, crawlspace (where applicable), patio, porch, deck (If present), roof, attic, siding, doors & windows, ceilings, walls, flooring, HVAC, electrical, gas (where applicable) water heater & plumbing, kitchen & appliances, lighting, fans, laundry, chimney & fireplace (where applicable) and garage.
A home inspection is restricted to a visual review of the home and its systems, elements and components without making penetrations into walls, ceilings or floors.
A Home Inspection will identify potential problems and issues with a property that may not be visible to the untrained eye and knowledge of how specific systems, elements and components operate and function. This can help you make an informed decision about the purchase of a property.
The average time for a completed inspection on a single family home using two inspectors is between 1.5 and 2 hours.

Your inspection report will have three different visible inspection icons supported by images, videos and written narrative explanations in easy to understand language. The visible inspection icons are:
- Maintenance
- Repair or Replace
- Danger - Requires Immediate Attention
Owner and Master Inspector Bobby Bush has an extensive background in the trades and home building process. Trained through Internachi, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Eagle Eye Home Inspection has completed well over 900 inspections since 2021.
When a roof is not accessible due to height or other restrictions, a drone is used to capture close up images and videos of the roof area, as well as the gutters, soffit and fascia.
To check for moisture intrusion, insulation, plumbing leaks, electrical panel anomalies, HVAC issues and other non visible elements, Infrared cameras are used to see inside those locations.
