Owner & Lead Inspector Bobby Bush is a certified master inspector trained through Internachi, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, with well over 500 inspections since 2020.
When a roof is not accessible due to height or other restrictions, we use a drone to capture close up images and videos of the roof area, as well as the gutters, soffit and fascia.
To check for moisture intrusion, insulation, plumbing leaks, electrical panel anomalies, HVAC issues and other non visible elements, we use Infrared cameras to see inside those locations.
