Bobby Bush is a certified master home inspector trained and certified through InterNACHI, the International Association of Home Inspectors, licensed in South Carolina and based in Little River, South Carolina. 


Bobby has an extensive decades long background in home construction, including the design, installation and servicing of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Natural Gas and LP Gas systems and elements, and 15+ years of residential site evaluation and estimating for various trades in property rehab, along with familiarity on a wide variety of building conditions, all of which forms the core of his expertise.  


At Eagle Eye Home Inspection, our integrity and honesty demand we do things right in taking the time to be thorough and methodical.  We uses the latest Infrared and drone technology combined with a variety of gas, HVAC and electrical testing equipment that helps see and inspect all areas of the home.

New Home Garage Door - Poor Installation

The garage door for a new home was not square in the opening and did not open and close properly. 

New Home - Damaged Shingles

Roof for new home had several damaged shingles at the time of inspection. 

Ants Invading the Siding of a New Home

Ants were found invading the siding during a recent new construction inspection.

No Exhaust Fan or Window in Bathroom

Bathrooms are required by code to have either have an exhaust fan or a window that will open, in order to remove humidity and the possibility of mold. 

No Bonding Wire at Gas Meter

Newly constructed home had a gas meter that had no bonding wire, which creates an electrical hazard for any gas appliances connected to that gas meter. 

New Home - AC Unit No Level

The AC unit for a new home was significantly out of level during an inspection. This condition if left uncorrected will allow pre mature wear to occur to the motor bearings inside the unit. 

Water Lines Reversed at Bathroom Sink

A scalding possibility was created by having the water lines reversed at the bathroom wink fixture. 

Dangerous Condition - Water Heater Access blocked by 220v outlet and wiring to stackable laundry

This is a dangerous condition with a 220v electrical outlet and stackable laundry wiring connection blocking access to the water heater.
