
At Eagle Eye Home Inspection, we understand that the purchase of a home is likely the largest and possibly the most exciting investment you will ever make. Our mission at Eagle Eye Home Inspection is to inspect each home thoroughly and explain our findings clearly to every client. You'll get no technical jargon in our report, just the specific results of our inspection (including thermal images of specific elements (where applicable) designed to help you the buyer make an educated and informed decision.
Eagle Eye Home Inspection services cover all pertinent interior and exterior components and systems from the roof to the foundation. We evaluate plumbing, electrical, insulation, heating, cooling, ventilation, structural, as well as lot characteristics and conditions, with a detailed report of our findings and recommendations.
Is your property more complex? Not a problem – Eagle Eye offers additional services to cover those as well.
No contractor or builder is perfect, so if you're building a home, we also offer Pre-Drywall and Pre-delivery Inspections. We're looking out for you!
Eagle Eye Home Inspection believes there are several important questions you should have answered before you select your home inspector.
1. What does your inspection cover?
Our inspection process and inspection report will meet all applicable state requirements and will comply with a well-recognized national standards of practice and code of ethics and we will gladly answer any questions you may have regarding the inspection before and after its completion.
2. How long have you been practicing in the home inspection profession and how many inspections have you completed?
Eagle Eye was established in 2020 and to date (February 2025), we've done over 250 residential home inspections. FYI - Bobby Bush has over 20 years of experience inspecting investment property for repairs and rehab to HVAC, electrical, plumbing and roofing.
3. Are you specifically experienced in residential home inspection?
Yes. In order to become a licensed home inspector, Bobby completed a number of residential home inspections and reports for approval by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
4. Do you offer to do repairs or improvements based on the inspection?
No. Eagle Eye considers this a conflict of interest and strives to maintain objectivity.
5. How long will the inspection take?
The average on-site inspection time for a single inspector is 1 ½ to 2 hours depending on the condition and size of the property. Anything significantly less may not be enough time to perform a thorough inspection.
6. How much will the inspection cost?
Cost will vary depending on the size and configuration of the property, services selected and the location. We offer inspections of condos, single family homes (including multi-story) and multi-unit properties (up to 4 units per building).
Additional inspection elements such as CL100 (termite inspection) swimming pools & hot tubs, septic/well inspection & water testing, sewer scope and wind mitigation, are also available at an additional cost.
7. What type of inspection report do you provide and how long will it take to receive the report?
We generally provide full reports with systems & element narratives, inspection images, infrared images (where applicable) and videos within 24 hours following completion of the inspection.
8. Will I be able to attend the inspection?
Yes, you are welcome to attend the inspection and observe the processes we use and ask questions about the condition of the property at the time of inspection. You are also welcome to have your agent or representative use Zoom to watch our inspection via live video if you will be unable to attend the inspection in person.
9. Do you maintain membership in a professional home inspector association?
Yes. Mr Bush is a member of InterNACHI, an internationally recognized association of professional home inspectors, and is required to do so, in order to maintain his license.
10. Do you participate in continuing education programs to keep your expertise up to date?
Yes. As a professional home inspector, Bobby Bush is required to annually complete 14 hours of continuing education to maintain his license, while staying current on building methods, materials and standards to provide clients with the most up-to-date information available.
11. How much advance notice do you need to perform an inspection?
Typically, most inspections are scheduled within 48 hours of a request.
